How do I switch to the new iPad app?

CommercialTribe is excited to introduce a brand new & improved iPad app! The new app experience is very similar to our mobile app, and you will find it to be much easier to use than our old app.
 
If you do not currently have the CommercialTribe app installed, you can download the new app by going to the App Store and searching for CommercialTribe.
 
If you do have the iPad app installed, follow these instructions to update to the new app:
 
1. Visit the App Store and go to the Updates tab. Click Update on the CommercialTribe App.
Note: your application will automatically update if you have enabled automatic updates on your iPad. 
 
2. Once you update the CommercialTribe for iPad application, you will see a pop-up as soon as you open the application. It will also now have a grey icon.

 

 

 

 

3. Touching the Download Now button will redirect you to the listing for the new app in the App Store. You will need to download the new app, CommercialTribe.

 

 

 

 

If a you click Download Later, you will still be able to use the old app, but will receive notices on the Login page and on the Dashboard until you download the new app. Please update to the new app as soon as possible.

 

 

4. Once downloaded, you can access CommercialTribe normally from your home screen, through the new app, CommercialTribe. The new application will have an orange icon.

 

5. After installing CommercialTribe, delete the old app. You can remove the old app by deleting the app with the grey icon.
